they do good job and all friendly people
After having 2 different eye doctors (at 2 different companies)fail me and leave me with glasses I couldn't see through, I made a last effort to find someone that would help figure out the problem. I called the Portage office and explained what had happened and they were very helpful. They had me bring in the glasses so they could look at them and found 3 issues with the lenses before even checking the prescription. My wife and I just had our first visit at Hiemstra Optical and were impressed from the moment we walked into the building to teh moment we were done with our purchases (4 pairs). Great service, kind people, knowledgeable and helpful. Toni took care of us and we will definitely ask for her again! Tanks for a great job!

My only regret is not going here sooner! I had always gone to the same place and gotten the same “ok” treatment but from the minute I walked into Hiemstra it was different and I would never go any place else!
Toni has helped me for a few years now. She is so friendly and takes so much time to find the right frame for you. A very patient, sweet person.
