The optometrist Dr Zwier was very professional he explained everything he was doing, and checking for. The Optician, Carrie was more than helpful, she was very knowledgeable and helped me find the glasses that best matched my face shape and best of all my personality.

We always have great service and personal care when going to the downtown location. Jenny is so nice and truly cares for her clients. We also love how they offer the ‘promise’ deal during the fall months. It helps when you have a young son that wears glasses. Thank you Hiemstra!
