Only great experiences at Hiemstra, Downtown Kalamazoo! The staff is personal and professional. The doctor takes her time and answers ALL of my questions, which I usually have several. Jennifer Downing has always helped me find the perfect pair of glasses at the best value! They are quick and convenient. Couldn’t ask for a better place to go for eye care!
I was new to wearing glasses and my first pair involved progressive lenses. I tried a pair from a big box store and they were all wrong. Jenny D. saved me! She helped me find the perfect frame and the perfect vision! No adjustment whatsoever in getting used to not only glasses, but a progressive lens. I appreciate the dedication. Thanks to Carrie too. I love the staff and environment.
I have always struggled to find glasses that I am happy with. With the help of Jennifer and coworkers at the downtown kalamazoo office I leave excited to wear my new glasses. They take the time to make sure I am satisfied and I am very appreciative of their time and patience.
