Had an amazing time here! I had an emergency and needed to be seen ASAP and Carrie Wisely helped me get an appt that morning at the location on E Michigan in downtown Kalamazoo. All of the employees were super friendly and helpful, and Carrie took time to help me decide exactly which frames looked best and made sure that I was informed about which frames my insurance covered. It was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back for my next frames!!

Jenny Downing is THE BEST. She picks out great glasses and measures perfectly for progressive lenses. When my glasses need adjusted she ALWAYS gets it right the first time and they never hurt. I trust her totally.
