Love coming to the Paw Paw location!! Always friendly faces and great customer service, espicially Esther and Mike. Would recommend this this place to anyone looking for eyecare services!!
Very poor customer service and disappointing incomplete exam.
I just called to try to make an appointment with Hiemstra Optical. Their customer service is terrible. The person on the phone was very rude. Just terrible.
Very professional and polite, cost is very affordable. I go to the Paw Paw location, but I have not had nor heard any complaints! Thank you!
Not the best with customer service. Say one thing and do another. Had to make multiple trips because of errors made by the staff, and you have to deal with attitude over the phone when you call.
I wanted to comment on the service and product that I received at Hiemstra Optical on Romence. My eye exam was thorough and professional then came the hard part. I am terrible at choosing frames and worked with a very patient optician named Toni. She spent a lot of time pulling different frames giving me honest opinions on how they looked on me. I have been so happy with the frames that I ended up with and have had numerous compliments on them. Thank you all for such a great experience.
Great Dr, receptionist and rest of staff. I highly recommend Hiemstra Optical. I wouldn't go to any other place.
