The staff is always friendly, they always work with me to get me exactly what I need and every time I have an issue they solve it in the most efficient, thoughtful and cost saving ways. The whole office from the first person that greets and screens you, to the front desk staff, to the tech and of course Dr. Emily are amazing. They were caring, kind, and helpful. They were do great work cleaning and sanitizing and making a safe environment for everyone involved. Everyone seemed to be going above and beyond to take care of me. I went for a routine exam and left feeling like that experience there made my day. Thank you to the Hiemstra Optical team/family for taking great care of me.

Hiemstra Optical went above and beyond yesterday when they hand delivered my contacts to me at work! I was concerned that I may not be able to get my contacts for a while due to the restrictions of the pandemic and Hiemstra made it happen! Not only am I extremely pleased with the doctors and staff at Hiemstra but the customer service is top notch. This and so incredibly comforting in these uncertain times. Thank you to the kind man who delivered them to me and thank you to all the staff at Hiemstra!! Highly recommended!!!
