Chris is very helpful and flexible. Sorted me out with a great demo even after I had to reschedule due to cancelled trains. He even offered to pick me up.
Our 4 attempts to replace a stylus for our turntable left us in utter despair when no one was able to help. We then turned to Hidden Systems in Windsor and could not have found a more helpful or, more importantly, a more knowledgeable person than Chris Fuller to come to our rescue. He was extremely generous with the time he gave to answer ALL our questions. You won't be disappointed at all with the service!! Coffee there was great too!
