We had an amazing experience with Hickfords and the build of our kitchen extension. With us every step of the way were Alan’s brilliant team. A 5 star review for a 5 star service! I contacted Hickford's regarding a driveway extension. The works required a licence from MK Council for a dropped kerb installation as part of the works. Alan listened to what I wanted built, giving solid advice on how he would approach the works and giving reassurance about the process with MK Council. I tried to share the below via email but the email.bounces back. I've just drove home from work driving along the back roads from Wellingborough to Kettering via Orlingbury/Pytchley. For the whole journey I had a van driver from your company driving aggressively and stupidly close to the back of my car. He nearly went into me on a couple of occasions. Please could you investigate and provide the driver some feedback - he's going to cause an accident.
I recently contacted Hickford Construction with a business enquiry, and I was disappointed with the experience. The person I spoke with was quite rude and dismissive, which left a negative impression. I was hoping for a professional and courteous conversation, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I expected better customer service, especially when reaching out with a genuine business opportunity.
