A 5 star review for a 5 star service! I contacted Hickford's regarding a driveway extension. The works required a licence from MK Council for a dropped kerb installation as part of the works. Alan listened to what I wanted built, giving solid advice on how he would approach the works and giving reassurance about the process with MK Council. I tried to share the below via email but the email.bounces back. I've just drove home from work driving along the back roads from Wellingborough to Kettering via Orlingbury/Pytchley. For the whole journey I had a van driver from your company driving aggressively and stupidly close to the back of my car. He nearly went into me on a couple of occasions. Please could you investigate and provide the driver some feedback - he's going to cause an accident.
I recently contacted Hickford Construction with a business enquiry, and I was disappointed with the experience. The person I spoke with was quite rude and dismissive, which left a negative impression. I was hoping for a professional and courteous conversation, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I expected better customer service, especially when reaching out with a genuine business opportunity.
We had heard good things about Hickford Construction and we were so pleased we went with their quote for our new patio. The work was carried out to a very high standard, the guys were friendly & approachable. They left the site clean & tidy every day and all works were completed in time for our party as promised. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them for any future projects. Thank you to Alan & all the team at Hickfords Construction.
