Hi-Tech have helped on a couple of projects for us now and we welcome them back with open arms each time! They are professional, timely and the work always looks great.
I put out an advert for a small plumbing job and I was pm'd by Emma Watts (probably wife/partner). I sent photos and was given a quote, all in good time. Appointment arranged 2 weeks in advance for 10am this morning, confirmed by two sms messages from them last night and this morning at 8am. Absolute no show.... no call, no message nothing. I appreciate it was only a £220 job but common curtesy costs nothing.
