nice job I love these guys. I took my 2002 car in, they fixed it in a few hours. Their prices seem to be very fair. They cleaned it inside and out and left two bottles of water. I noticed on leaving there was a noise that wasn't there before, I brought it in the next day. They were very nice about it, they all recognized me and remembered my name immediately and fixed the defective part right away. Always the Best Choice When I moved to Los Angeles in 1997 the first thing my friends did was introduce me to Koko and the staff at Hi Tech. I have been going there for every car issue or maintenance ever since. And I wouldn't go anywhere else! Koko and Eddie and the staff are personable and genuinely care that your car works the best it can. I recently had new brakes installed and there was a squealing sound. I recommend him to anyone I know I had a very nice experience with Koko at Hi-Tech. I called and told him i was coming and he took care of me right away, he was prompt and called me on time, told me everything straight forward, probably one of the most honest mechanics ive ever seen. He even told me that there were some things that needed to be done but were not that important at the moment, and that it could wait, which saved me alot of money at the moment which i really need, but overall im extremely happy for coming to Ko... read more

THE BEST EVER, end of story. I've had good experience with these guys too. I had to get pretty serious work done, and, based on calling around, I literally saved $200 by going with Hi-Tech. I am also an idiot who knows nothing about cars, and they were still nice about it! UPDATE: Just went here again. My visit consisted of saving $80, a solution to an engine light problem that has plagued me for over a year, and a free head-light change. They're small mom and pop operation. Knowledgeable mechanics. Really concerned that their customers are satisfied with the work. Have always exceeded expectations. Very fair -- I trust them (which is rare for a mechanic).
Favorite auto shop! This is my husbands favorite auto shop! So when my regular place can't fit me in, I head over here. I really love this place, too. We both have had consistently great service here, and I know a lot of people who go here also and share the same experience. It's definitely a place you can trust.
good work Hi-Tech Automotive is my only mechanic . Koko, Eddie and the crew are very caring, attentive and take care of me and my car beautifully.
