Nice I had a very nice experience with Koko at Hi-Tech. I called and told him i was coming and he took care of me right away, he was prompt and called me on time, told me everything straight forward, probably one of the most honest mechanics ive ever seen. He even told me that there were some things that needed to be done but were not that important at the moment, and that it could wait, which saved me alot of money at the moment which i really need, but overall im extremely happy for coming to Koko i recommend him to anyone... read more
Good job After dealing with outrages service repair costs from downtown mercedez a colleague of mine hooked my up with Koko and Eddie. they provided an estimate that was over $1,000 less the MB and did an excellent job ... i have other work to be done and am glad that i found an honest business that does not focus on profit but rather on providing good customer service and excellent repair work!
Great auto shop!!! I love these guys. I took my 2002 car in, they fixed it in a few hours. Their prices seem to be very fair. They cleaned it inside and out and left two bottles of water. I noticed on leaving there was a noise that wasn't there before, I brought it in the next day. They were very nice about it, they all recognized me and remembered my name immediately and fixed the defective part right away. I will definitely go back for any other auto repair work I need done. My car broke down in south central. I called Hi-Tech a bit freaked out and Koko answered the phone and was super nice - I asked him if I could have my truck towed there and he said no problem. When I got there, he remembered me and cleared a space for my disabled truck right away. Great job guys! When I got my car back from Hi Tech Auto, I couldn't be more happier. I've tried two other shops in town with disappointing experiences. I was referred by a co-worker who has been taking her car there for years. I found the shop to be very clean, quoted a fair price, professional with a personal touch, and over-the-top customer service. I highly recommend this shop. It is a tremendous relief to finally have a place I can take my car to be serviced and feel comfortable about it. Great job guys!
Highly recommended. I've been going here for almost 8 years and have always had a good experience. They're REALLY busy, but always seem to get the work done in a day (if the promised to) - still not sure how they do that. Coco is reasonable, always takes the time to explain what they've done or want to do, and easy to deal with. I've never thought High-tech was cheap, but I certainly don't think they're unreasonable. Highly recommended.
