They helped me fix.. Hi-Tech Auto is as good as they come. I recently installed a new car stereo myself, and did a BAD job at it. I brought it into Hi-Tech and asked them to look at it. They happily checked my wiring and worked out a few bugs that I missed. Rather than judge me on my poor DIY job, they seemed enthusiastic that I had given it a shot, and were happy to pick up where I left off. They did a great job and didn't charge me a lot. I highly recommend them they are great!
I trust them! They're small mom and pop operation. Knowledgeable mechanics. Really concerned that their customers are satisfied with the work. Have always exceeded expectations. Very fair -- I trust them (which is rare for a mechanic).
Absolutely the Best I am afraid that my favorite mechanic of 15-years will become even busier. However, I will share Koko and Hi-Tech with the world. Honest, knowledgeable and friendly, Koko and his crack mechanics are great. His Dad Harry is there to help and cheer lead. Q-and all his staff are nothing short of superb. Prices are fair and people drive as far away as Palm Springs to have him work on their car. If you do not have a great mechanic already, you cannot do better. Well taken care of! It really does not get any better than Hi-Tech Automotive in my opinion. I have used them on multiple occasions and every time I have had a good experience. I never hesitate to recommend them and when my friends and family go in they are also well taken care of!
An honest mechanic is an indispensable tool in LA. This is a mechanic who I've used for 8 years, over the life of three different cars. In every case, Koko has always given me a reasonable estimate up front, and the final cost has almost always been exactly what was expected (occasionally LOWER than initially estimated!) THE BEST EVER, end of story. I've had good experience with these guys too. I had to get pretty serious work done, and, based on calling around, I literally saved $200 by going with Hi-Tech. I am also an idiot who knows nothing about cars, and they were still nice about it! UPDATE: Just went here again. My visit consisted of saving $80, a solution to an engine light problem that has plagued me for over a year, and a free head-light change. They do everything! This is a do it all repair shop, and fortunately they do it all good. I have had my car serviced here many times and I have never had a problem. The guys are professional and know how to treat customers right.
Favorite auto shop! This is my husbands favorite auto shop! So when my regular place can't fit me in, I head over here. I really love this place, too. We both have had consistently great service here, and I know a lot of people who go here also and share the same experience. It's definitely a place you can trust.
