Car Runs Like New Now Best thing about this place is their customer service, and their work. From the second I brought my smoking car over, and Koko gave me immediate, uninterrupted attention (even though they were obviously super-busy). My car runs like new now.
nice job I love these guys. I took my 2002 car in, they fixed it in a few hours. Their prices seem to be very fair. They cleaned it inside and out and left two bottles of water. I noticed on leaving there was a noise that wasn't there before, I brought it in the next day. They were very nice about it, they all recognized me and remembered my name immediately and fixed the defective part right away. Very professional! I dislike taking my car to the shop but unfortunately as a car owner it is part of life. I went into High Tech Transmissions and Automotive to have a few routine things done. I was really nervous they would try to sell me things I did not need but to my surprise they were all very professional and honest mechanics. My car is now driving great and I finally have found an auto shop I can trust!
Always the Best Choice When I moved to Los Angeles in 1997 the first thing my friends did was introduce me to Koko and the staff at Hi Tech. I have been going there for every car issue or maintenance ever since. And I wouldn't go anywhere else! Koko and Eddie and the staff are personable and genuinely care that your car works the best it can. I recently had new brakes installed and there was a squealing sound. awesome!!!!! i took my car to Hi-Tech Automotive about three different shops and i was quoted three different prices for the same work, one was 550.00 one was 650.00 and another was 600.00. But when i took it to koko he did the same thing for 400.00 and got it done in the same day. i haven't had any problems and when i go in for little things he doesn't even charge me he just takes care of it right away and lets me go. he is very honest and ill be sending everyone to him from now on.
I would recommend this place to anyone. I just took my VW here for major repairs. The service was incredible. In at 3pm, done by 2pm the very next day. There was a really long list of things to fix. I was very impressed. Eddie was very kind when I had an issue with my credit card, and the car is running beautifully! I would recommend this place to anyone who is anxious dealing with mechanics.
I recommend him to anyone I know I had a very nice experience with Koko at Hi-Tech. I called and told him i was coming and he took care of me right away, he was prompt and called me on time, told me everything straight forward, probably one of the most honest mechanics ive ever seen. Sweet Something about this place just sorta makes you feel like family. This is my 3rd trip here. Most recently that pesty check engine light came on (hate when that happens). So I took it in and they just remembered me from past visits. They gave me a quick estimate, ordered the part and it was fixed the next day. Sweet!
