Nice I had a very nice experience with Koko at Hi-Tech. I called and told him i was coming and he took care of me right away, he was prompt and called me on time, told me everything straight forward, probably one of the most honest mechanics ive ever seen. He even told me that there were some things that needed to be done but were not that important at the moment, and that it could wait, which saved me alot of money at the moment which i really need, but overall im extremely happy for coming to Koko i recommend him to anyone... read more

Good job Great honest team at this place. You know you will be treated as a person and not a number. I got some work done on my car and the new part they had put in had a manufacture defect (KO showed me- true). So when I went back they replaced the part and charged me no labor for it. It was just very clean, taking care of the customer, no make wrong.
Good job After dealing with outrages service repair costs from downtown mercedez a colleague of mine hooked my up with Koko and Eddie. they provided an estimate that was over $1,000 less the MB and did an excellent job ... i have other work to be done and am glad that i found an honest business that does not focus on profit but rather on providing good customer service and excellent repair work!
Well worth it! I wish more businesses operated like Hi-Tech Automotive. I have been going there for 4 years and in that time I've taken 3 BMW's, 1 Scion xb and my Lexus. KoKo and Eddie are great and the work they do is better than any dealer or random auto store. At my job I am responsible for taking care of multiple cars and I've experienced some shady and unethical business practices at local repair shops and even at the BMW dealership. Great auto shop!!! I love these guys. I took my 2002 car in, they fixed it in a few hours. Their prices seem to be very fair. They cleaned it inside and out and left two bottles of water. I noticed on leaving there was a noise that wasn't there before, I brought it in the next day. They were very nice about it, they all recognized me and remembered my name immediately and fixed the defective part right away.
