Koko and Eddie are a powerhouse team. Koko and Eddie are a powerhouse team. The wife had a problem with her car recently after serious repairs were done a few months ago. It started to shutter badly on the way to the airport where she was going to drop me off. She didn't know if the car was going to make it to the shop while she was driving it. I called Eddie, he was all ready when she got there, gave her a couple bottles of Hi-Tech Automotive brand bottled water to calm her down. And the repair was simple and free.
Good job Great honest team at this place. You know you will be treated as a person and not a number. I got some work done on my car and the new part they had put in had a manufacture defect (KO showed me- true). So when I went back they replaced the part and charged me no labor for it. It was just very clean, taking care of the customer, no make wrong.
I would not take my car anywhere else!!! I just want to say that Hi-Tech greatest and I want everyone to know that. Everyone is friendly and helpful, Eddie and Koko go above and beyond what it takes to help their customers! I have been going to Hi-Tech for about three years and would not take my car anywhere else!!!
great I had a stereo system put in my 2007 Nissan Altima and they did a excellent job. I will be going back to give them more business. Highly recommend Hi-Tech Auto!!
Well worth it! I wish more businesses operated like Hi-Tech Automotive. I have been going there for 4 years and in that time I've taken 3 BMW's, 1 Scion xb and my Lexus. KoKo and Eddie are great and the work they do is better than any dealer or random auto store. At my job I am responsible for taking care of multiple cars and I've experienced some shady and unethical business practices at local repair shops and even at the BMW dealership. Great! I took my car in for an oil change and they were so nice and organized! They have such a clean lobby! Very impressive! The staff has a lot of knowledge and they are willing to answer any and all questions one might have!!!I will be back!!
Great! My car has been in and out of different auto shops for the past year and has cost me a fortune! I went to Hi Tech and they actually fixed my car! They had seen this issue in other BMWs. I cannot express how happy I am to find them and I will continue to take my car to them!
Great Price! Hi-tech changed my oil, fixed my turn signal (wasn't the bulb that was the problem, it was the connection) AND fished out that broken key for a great price.
