I’ve been a member of this gym for so long now, and I honestly love it here! The girls are always so welcoming, and the fact that it’s a women-only, private gym makes such a difference. I feel completely comfortable and have been able to reach my full potential because of it. The equipment is great, the new studio spaces and extensions are amazing, and even the bathrooms are so well looked after (perfect for all my social media girlies!). I have been going to this gym for a couple of months now, and it's easily the best gym I've ever joined (and I've tried several different ones over the years). Friendly staff, clean, welcoming, and great selection of classes.

Hi-Energy Health Club is a fantastic place for any woman who would like to attend a gym. Whether you are new to exercising or have been doing so for many years, theres something for everyone. There is a large variety of weights, equipment, machines and classes available. Staff are super friendly and everything is always clean and tidy. It is very inclusive and accommodating to those who pray and practice their faith as a prayer room is available as well as a prayer mat. Overall a lovely community to be a part of.

Great place to have a good workout, very well equipped offering high standard equipment.The gym is spotlessly clean and boast excellent modern changing rooms and toilets and to top it all the staff are all lovely and friendly and experienced.

I have been coming to Hi Energy for 3 years now. Great gym! Excellent range of equipment and plenty to use. Staff are so lovely and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!
