I cannot say enough good things about this team. They have always been there for us no matter what the issue. We lost our attic air conditioner 4 years ago during the hottest time of the year. I called 4 HVAC in the area and got the same story...either too booked to come out right away or too much money to replace the unit. HGH came out the next day, did the major job of taking out the old broken unit and putting a new one in for a third of what the others were going to charge. Replaced and old system with a new efficient heat pump system. Good price. Installation was excellent. The crew arrived early and were polite and professional. The crew did a great job cleaning up. The system looks great and works well. I get usage reports from BG&E and the first week in use, the report said I used 1/3 less electricity. HGH took care of the paperwork for rebates and gave me what I need for tax credit. Highly recommend his company.
HGH mechanical has got to be the best company I've ever had a contract with. From the beginning when Mark visited our home for an estimate, until Tom and Jeremy finished the install, everything went much better than expected! You may even get to know Manny, one of the owners. What a great guy! The install crew worked together like a well oiled machine. They were meticulous and their work was neat and clean. I highly recommend that you give HGH a call. I guarantee you will be completely satisfied!
Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night- during a particularly hot week this summer. I called at 7am and the kind women I spoke to (I believe Deborah) quickly set up an appointment for that morning. Jeff came out and was just the best! He immediately called to see where he could get the part we needed and within 30 minutes was on his way there. He got back within an hour or two and installed the part. I hadn't had air conditioning for 3 days and it was 90° in the house when Chris came. He was the one time. Actually he was early and he did a super job. This is the second time I've used this company and the price was very reasonable. I will certainly use HGH mechanical again and I will definitely always ask for Chris. HGH.
