Bad experience
I would never recommend HFE and the instructors are arrogant.
Really great session. I'm relatively new to Pilates, having 'dabbled' a few year back, I found this class a challenge but with loads of great direction and support. Highly recommended.
Just completed my L3 Pilates course with HFE and Kim was my tutor :-). It was absolutely brilliant. Really enjoyed the course, well organised, great materials and friendly staff. I don't know why I sound shocked though, I did the L3 Personal Trainer last year in Ashton and it was the same to be fair. We could have done with a little more studio practice time before the assessments but that's my only criticism. Thanks HFE..
