Poor wifi. Dropped in and out constantly. Food very good. Great location as a base for walks. Bar-ok but not much choice of beers on tap. Staff very attentive and approachable. Great views across Derwentwater.

Stunning, excillent, brilliant, awsome fantastic....could keep going... Prices may look steep, but by time you add on say a b+b/self catering and pay for all your own 3 meals a day...This place really is good value.. All the staff were fantastic, willing to help, fun,and hard working. Nothing but good praise for then all. We went as a family with 2kids, and had great time.
