Came here for a Krav Maga session at the weekend, the gym is a good size, well kitted out and maintained, the WODs that had been left on the whiteboards looked good and the guys that were just finishing up seemed really nice. Might have to come by for a CrossFit session at some point

Absolutely love it here. I started the beginners course and it was a perfect intro to the gym and made me feel welcome to starting classes which is always scary at a new gym. The classes are so well run and easy to book. The coaches are absolute experts and everyone who goes to the classes are a great bunch. Cannot recommend it enough.
