HEX is such a gem of a gym. It’s small but has an amazing culture—everyone is supportive, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. Fantastic gym, very friendly, good value for money and do online classes specialising in the exercise regime suited to older folks like me. After 4 or 5 years with them I am fitter and have beaten off diabetes. Can't praise them enough, all their trainers but especially the founders Chris and Phil.

Hex is an absolute gem of a find. A very friendly gym. Chris and Phil, the owners, are cracking trainers. They really promote the social element of getting everyone together. It’s very different from the standard gym setup. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

I've been doing the Hex online gym for several years now. I love it. It's a good workout (and ours is specially geared for older people), it's led by experienced trainers, it's social and it's fun. When I belonged to a regular gym, getting there once a week was good going; with the the Hex one I generally do it three times a week and I'm fitter now (at nearly 73) than I was five years ago. Highly recommended.

Chris has been training my 15 year old son, Joe, on zoom once a week. Joe has found the classes extremely motivational and has felt at ease with Chris who is friendly and helpful and has really nurtured Joe in realising the potential he has to make a difference to his strength and fitness.
