Bad experience after the sale. My wife brought in a vehicle for a recall repair, they missed a small ding on the loaner vehicle and now are charging us for that, which she didn't do. If the car wasn't recalled we wouldn't have a need to go in any way! The front desk person was unprofessional (Samantha Gomez) to say the least. Last time we purchase a vehicle from these folks.

This is the first dealership I have ever tried to do business with who flat out refused because I was not there in person. I live over 4 hours away and wanted to iron out the details and was even willing to place a deposit on the car sight-unseen to hold it until I could arrive on Monday. This was my second VW purchase from Hewlett VW. When I bought my Passat in 2014, I worked with Jay (which is why I returned to Hewlett) and with my 2018 Atlas, I worked with Jay, again, and his incredible wife, Doris. Both individuals are great to work with, both will go the extra mile for you and won't try to sell you something that you don't want.
