By far the best service dept of any I've ever dealt with. We bought two 2015 Jettas two weeks ago, and one of them was making a strange hissing/air intake noise upon acceleration. Brought it in and Tyler took great care of us. Turned out that a seal around the hood was a little crimped - easy fix. No hassle. By far the worst service department I have come across. There were 4 people at desks and not one seemed like they wanted to help. Second they would not mount a tire on a wheel (vw wheel) because I did not have the car there or the VIN for the car.The only reason they get 1 star is because they had the tire I needed. Will never return.
We bought a used Jetta Sportwagen from Hewlett VW about 6 months ago. Unfortunately the vehicle began suffering from some transmission issues, so we took it back to get checked out. The guys at Hewlett gave us a serious discount on some major repairs, even though we were out of our warranty. Way to stand by your products and customers!
Great deals during Memorial Day weekend! We bought our Passat and got a great deal with our trade! Only bad thing is that our salesman never went over any options that the car has. We had to figure it out on our own.
