I went in for my first oil change and had a few recalls to address. It took three hours but the service folks took good care of me and kept me informed upfront and honestly. My salesman, Ivan kept good company while I waitew and I think he had a hand in having my vehicle washed before sending me on my way. We're pleased so far.

Thank you to Jay and Jonathan for making the purchase of our 2015 A3 and 2011 GTI so pleasant! Your stand up guys that were a pleasure to work with! If the purchase of the A3 wouldn't have been as pleasant as it was we wouldn't have come back and purchased another car a few weeks later.
