We started looking outside and were approached by Mike Torres who was very knowledgeable and listened to what we needed and was very easy to talk to. He showed us a lot of options and took the time to show us all of the options we had discussed. We came to this dealership just to browse but Mike made our experience so wonderful we traded in the same day! If you’re looking for friendly staff and a smooth transaction I highly recommend this location!
Were not willing to negotiate at all. I went to Charles Maund and bought a Jetta sportswagon and got $2,000 off of the sticker price.
