I would not recommend renting from Herzog Property Management, LLC. I've lived in The Ridgeview Apartment for over a year. The buildings are new, however, whoever built them didn’t use a level. Management is horrible. They've had three different managers in the last twelve months. First issue, their auto payment system is a joke. What a joke , Places are dumps, rented for 5 years . new job so moved to another state , gave a month notice , not good enough need two so are screwing me , they must need the money no in there right mind would rent from them, place is a dump, in Breckenridge MN.. I will tell everyone that it is a crap hole..

Moved out August 12 2022, was told I would receive my full $1200 deposit back by mail and left forwarding address. MN law states landlords have 21 days to make return deposits. I’m now about 60 days post move out and have received no such check. They refuse to issue me a new check and make excuses about their mail not always getting picked up, post office staffing issues etc. not sure how they think mail works but it doesn’t take 60 days for mail to travel 2 hours. DO NOT RENT HERE

This is a nice place to live in they do as much as they can to help you out.
