Had my hair done at Herty's salon Lower Addiscombe Road last Friday and loved it 👌 It needed a little tweaking to the finished braids and Herty was happy to fit me in this evening. Great service, to the point and welcoming. Everyone has their own point of view but please do not be put off by the negative reviews. I have been using Herty's salon services for many years and have never found staff to be anything other than professional and willing to keep their customers happy. I'll be back when my braids need redoing...😃

Uneven hair partings, rude stylist asked for the same design on both sides and got two different styles Went home very dissatisfied do not recommend Alpha hair and beauty in Uxbridge is a far travel but much better stylists , service and nicer atmosphere Don’t normally leave reviews but not happy at all :( When I asked for my hair to be even the stylist laughed ! They don’t care about their customers!!
