Been doing business with Dub Herring for many years. Right now we are In the midst of my grand daughter purchasing a car. Tony Stewart has proven again to be the reason I and my family trust this dealership. Some things do go wrong, but always were corrected and I have never been dissatisfied with Dub Herring.
My mother purchased a brand new Lincoln Continental that had a few scratches and 2 dings. After 7 phone calls finally speaking to one of the owners I got a call back. Supposed to handle this on Tuesday but on Friday was to give a time etc... still waiting. for a 60,000. Car you would think they would handle customers better.

Sorry about the delay. This is being handled on Wednesday.
Called three times to make sure a vehicle was still available. We drove over an hour and when we got there the vehicle was not there. They tried to stall us telling us that someone was driving it over from Poplarville. In the meantime he tried to sell us other vehicles. He (Mr. Benoit) eventually had to tell us that the vehicle he just told us would be there in ten minutes had been sold and the computer system wasn't current.
Don't know the rest of the crew but Tony Stewart is a great person to work with .
