This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received, I haven’t even had my Tahoe a month and Mark the general manager told me that I didn’t spend 40k on that vehicle when we both know that I did. I've bought 3 vehicles from here a 2001 ranger a 2011 Silverado that worked great until I needed better gas mileage and later traded it in for a 2016 fusion. I highly recommend Herring Ford!!! They are up front and honest about everything. In a couple of years I'll be looking for a SUV this will be my first stop to look!
If you want a lemon, Herring Ford has em! About 2 years ago I bought a used truck for way more than I should have. I was wanting to get a second opinion on it but the salesman pressured me into buying it. it's been in the shop longer than not. I expected it to need work but not this much work. If herring ford cared about the customer they wouldn't have ever resold this vehicle. Moral of the story, I'm dumb for buying this truck and you should be careful buying used vehicles from Herring Ford of picayune.
