Bought a used truck a few days ago, got about 30 minutes away, the truck started misfiring, as soon as I got it home I checked it out, it needed new plugs, they also had not bothered to even change the oil. So then I just start looking through the truck and pick up the floor mat and there is old coffee stains under it. I took care of the issues, but I believe service and detailing is basic customer courtesy for a car dealership, especially an authorized ford dealer
