I had a great experience. I was in and out. Greeted with smiling faces when walking in, very warming atmosphere. I would recommend everyone visit

Dr. Herring is a very knowledgeable and professional optician. I only gave two stars because his office staff leaves a lot to be desired due to the fact that they do not return phone calls. I had to make a special trip back to the office because I could not get anyone to call me back to voice my displeasure. I did not schedule a follow-up visit but got a copy of my prescriptions and will be ordering my contacts from another provider.
