Great range of equipment, and a really friendly atmosphere. My wife and I often train here together for Hyrox events as it has Skierg, sled, wallballs etc. The gym has good opening times, allowing training to fit in nicely around work and family. It's very well priced as well. They also do really good fresh protein shakes for post workout refuelling. Highly recommended
Great gym! Always pop in when I visit my parents.
Big gym, not crowded and well kitted out with wide range of equipment
Lunch on a Monday, very quiet. Well equipped gym with free weights, running, rowing, stair climbing and much more.
