Given that I have purchased a stucco home with wood frame, I was nervous about the condition of the home and how to keep it dry. Mike and his co-worker came and made a detailed inspection, and provided us with specific repairs needed and strategies to help it last over time. They gave us great info, without some of the crazy "sky is falling" rhetoric of other companies. Thanks, Mike and company.
