Inspector Aron Smith did an amazing job finding issues no homeowner could ever find or detect. He is extremely professional, arrived as scheduled, took high resolution pictures of every item inspected and provided a full detailed report of his findings and recommendations. I highly recommend Hero Inspection Services. Their cost is reasonable and worth each cent. Whenever a new home inspection is needed I would not hesitate a minute to call them back.
We were very pleased with our inspection with Mike - He brought to our attention things we would not have been able to check like roof and sewer line and also things we would have completely missed.
Hiring Hero was a no brainer, veteran owned and worth every penny. We had a pre drywall and a final done by Hero and the issues they found made us feel like we better understood what was happening. Their reports were detailed and arrived quickly. We were able to forward them right on to the construction manager and got them all fixed. Mike and Aron arrived early to inspection and worked diligently throughout the interior and exterior of the house. They were very pleasant, professional, and polite. Once their inspection was complete, they presented not only the deficits (which were very little) to the prospective buyer, but also explained what was in good shape and how long to expect things to last in anticipation for replacement in the future. I highly recommend their expert services!
