Mike and Patrick were so easy to talk to throughout the whole inspection. They were happy to answer all of the questions I had and explain everything in detail. So happy with how thorough, but easy to follow, the report is we will definitely keep referring to it when making improvements to our home. I will 100% recommend them to any family or friends. Mike & Patrick did a great job with the inspections for the new home I'm purchasing!! They went above and beyond in scheduling, as I didn't need a water quality test on the Well initially, but it was requested a week later. They got back to the property with 24hrs of my add on request! They were great to talk to in answering all of my questions, and we're extremely knowledgeable and professional. Mike did the inspection for my VA loan. He took extra time to print a rough draft of his report and walk me around the property before leaving. Then I had the report emailed to me within 5 hours of the inspection. I'd definitely use his services again.
