RecommendedI have used several other inspection services in Central Florida, but was very impressed with Hero Inspection. A specific shout out to our inspector, Mike. I loved how they actually encourage the buyers by at the inspection, this allowed me to ask questions and get authentic responses vs reading the report, which by the way, was very well put together. They do not tell the truth. When you ask to speak with a manager the management team do not have time to talk to you. BUT they have time to take your money!!!!!!
We had Hero Inspection Service conduct both the pre-cover (drywall) and final inspections. We found them as their report was posted in another house under construction in our neighborhood. We checked out on their website and were impressed by other reviews and the fact they conducted a thermal image scan and out flow sewer line (by camera) inspections. They showed up on time, were very professional and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend their services if you are thinking of a 3rd party inspection service.
Arrived on time (even a little early!), very communicative throughout the process, inspection report was sent when they said it would be and very prompt responses to my emails with questions. I’m very happy and highly recommend!

Inspector A. Smith was on time and prepared. He was professional yet personable. He explained all areas of concern and pointed out positives. His Report was received a lot earlier than expected and it was very specific in all areas. The scheduling process was very easy also.
Quality work. They tell you how they have their own way of making sure EVERYTHING has been checked. At the end they also show you the pictures of what they found.
