Great gym with a great PT. I started training with Sean when fairly new to the gym with the goal of building strength whilst navigating a long term back issue. Sean’s structured and personalised approach to training has meant that not only have I got stronger without aggravating my back, but also reduced my back pain as a result. Every gym mat could do with being soaked in bleach. They are all filthy
Very Average gym… The Women at the front house, I found very rude, not very welcoming and passive aggressive… you need to change her. Most gym’s in London offer a free trial before joining - not this one… no wonder this place is like a ghost town. Very bad service…
Turned up for opening at 7am to find it still shut. Half an hour later still not opened. Had to abandon my workout.
