Every car dealership has a certain level dishonesty. We all know that going in. They painted a rosy picture of the car we were interested in buying and having it shipped to us. When we got the vehicle and got in we were shocked how dirty the car was. They ran an Armor All rag over the interior... that was it. Toni is absolutely worthless, lies about even being at work. Just simply has no interest in making a sale. Acts like she’s doing you a favor for the most simple tasks. Then will lie to you about working on you financials, turns out she wasn’t even at work. Then when you tell them you’re no longer interested, because of all the hassle, will just hang up on you.
