I brought my mom in yesterday after seeing her knee surgeon. They decided to postpone her surgery because her gums were inflamed and she needed to be on antibiotics and see a dentest. Mariha greeted at the front desk and asked us what we needed, and I explained the situation and she said she thought she might be able to help find us a dentest. She came back with good news. A dentest that could see us right away. They took x-rays , got mom started on antibiotics. Bad news is that mom has to have her remaining 7 teeth pulled. ... read more
I've never had any problems with Heritage Health. I see my weight Dr. Sarah Hartzell monthly and my daughter and I both like our dentist Dr. I just had my teeth surgery yesterday and I didn't have any pain during or after my surgery. I've recommended it to customers of mine who come into my store and my family and friends too....Keep up the good work Heritage Health....���
not very helpful say one thing then when you get there do not honor their word instead compare you to someone who is unfortunate and homeless. this is without insurance when I went in with insurance they were very nice and helpful. post falls was the evil receptionist and head nurse who were so rude

Heritage Health is a politically run dont care about people joke! They have done way more harm than good. Sent me a threatening letter, and whomever penned it didn't have the balls to sign their name. Here is my response. F#%K YOU Heritage!
Although I like my doctor, I do have insurance and should find a group not so busy.. It takes a month to get in!
I love that everyone makes you feel like you really matter. I rarely have to wait past my appointment time to be seen. I am still getting to know my doctor, but I love her so far. Congratulations Jana & hubby on your baby girl��. I have never in 49 years gone to a dentist that has a bedside manor, but the dentist I seen was amazing and, so were his assistants.
Personally I love how my primary care doctor takes care of me. She is wonderful , caring, and concerned about every aspect of my life being personal or medical. Always trying to lead me in the right direction and with very good information. I trust this woman completely. You're a great doctor Sarah.
