All i can say is i wish my doctor hadn't retired. He was with kootenai health until heritage took over and has now since October retired. Well the doctor that took his place is worthless. Her name being Dr Cameron. She is one of those doctors who believes she knows your body better than you do and doesn't care what you have to say. Its what she says goes or else. Plus one of the nurses there thinks it's ok to talk about patients so everyone can hear what she says so there's no patient privacy. Anyone I've ever talked to has ... read more
Very poor follow up.You have to listen to dumb music while you wait for someone to answer your phone call!! You wait ten to 30 minutes. I have been in waiting room listening to phone calls.No one at desk to answer! No privacy upstairs for mental health appointments. You are just a number . No empathy whatsoever.
I have had the opportunity to interact with many of the employees of Heritage Health. They are not all perfect but they all wish to help. The company as a whole is fantastic. It is innovative and tries to be a forerunner in our community by working to improve the lives of those it serves. Keep going Heritage Health!!!!
The staff is friendly and helpful. I have always had positive interactions, and am well taken care of!
After reading a lot of the reviews here, all I can think of is, although the staff are not only professionals, they are humans too. Each and every single one of us makes mistakes. Working closely with many staff members at nearly all of the clinics, I know they have heart and they care. I've talked with people at the grocery store and various locations as I run errands around town and all of which had nothing but amazing things to say.
