I'm mad forcing Dr. Carrahar out of the clinic and letting his patients go is bullshit!! What about me what I want and how I feel!! Dr . Carrahar is a wonderful caring the way it should be doctor and this is just bullshit!!!
I love my dr, and my children's Doctor; Dr. Odom in CDA. The CNA's are wonderful too !!
Today my husband wants to make a appointment with his doctor, he has been put on hold listing to to the recording for 45 minutes. This is totally not acceptable.
They suck they are so busy trying to put you in a box they dont listen and they dont call back when you get cut off right after they tell you you have a cyst. Cant see a dr. Now only have nurse or student never the same one. No wonder people kill themselves pain 24 hours a day.will drive some to it.
30 minute hold time to be told we dont accept dental patients until June! So much for them promoting the fact that they have recently hired additional call center staff! JOKE. Hey HHD, if you were smart you would state when your next new patient appts are so you dont waste our time!!!!!
I recently made a review about Heritage in CDA,ID based on my initial experience with certain office adminstration. I had no idea where to have my voice heard, so I found their review page.
