I work at the main office in Coeur d Alene, and have been the lead in charge of the lab since July of 2015. Over the last year with, the assistance of upper management, we have brought in new testing and equipment to improve the patient care and turn around time for results. If you have not been in the lab in the last year please give myself and Lesley a try.
I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to work with such amazing people at this organization. They are very patient centered and continuously provide wonderful services for our community.
My dad's wife passed away 1 yr ago I started taking care of him tried to make a Dr's apt said he was a walk in only cause he had been late 3 times well that wasn't because of me they expected us to sit in the waiting room and wait for a cancellation he had been in the hospital and needed a follow up I had to get his home nurse to help me get a different Doctor to se him, I think this was terrible treatment . Doesn't deserve a star but can't post without one
Nothing but good to say. Because of Heratige Health and the KROC RX program I was able to go from the start of type 2 Diabetes to not even pre Diabetic in just a few months, also helped with my chronic pain.
This place just gives the run around every time I deal with them. My primary car physician is a joke I think she ignores me as I have left around 8 messages and still no call back been trying since Wednesday 5 days ago still waiting ugh!!!
You guys can rate Heritage Health 1 star all you want, but I know that I'm grateful and blessed to them. They have helped me and so many others so much. The staff is so kind and caring and helpful...and the care is quality. I don't know what I would do without Heritage Health. �
