I am afraid that I can not give a rousing endorsement of Heritage Healthcare, nor it's staff. I was a patient at the clinic for several years, I went in at one point, due to an issue that required that a urinalysis be done to check for infection... that is where the wheels came completely off my healthcare. Although me and my daughter have an excellent DR. The staff and billing department need more skills and speaking skills as well needing to learn to read charts!!! One DR in particular will put you on meds and refuse to refill it and will tell you to go to urgent care or ER. When they finally decide to call you back. And have your son have panic attacks and withdrawals from a medication that works,you want him to get well but refuse to help. Guess what? It's not urgent care or ER's responsibility. My families experiences are at the Post Falls clinic. We are new to the area. I am on medicare. I was turned away by three other doctors - because I'm on medicare. HH gladly accepted me as a patient. I have complex medical needs. Reva Reese is the primary NP our family. We love her. Reva and staff take really good care of us. From the heart. Terrible clinic I give it a zero
I have nothing but praise for this clinic! They have always taken care of me and my family and if I ever needed more than they could provide, they made sure to send me in the right direction, even giving me vouchers to help with the cost if they had to send me to another Dr! Thank You
The girls in the nurses station were blatantly making fun of me last night during my visit. ...yes I heard you. Total bullies. When someone is scared it's not cool to make them feel less than human. I am so unhappy with my care their the past two visits.
