Worst service ever! Counselor did not provide good treatment and service provided was not based around the reasoning why counseling was sought out.
I love the staff the treat you like family. Anytime I have an issue they work hard to help me get it resolved in a timely manner. I tell all my friends and family to go see them for all their medical needs.
Need a prescription refill? Better call 3+ Weeks ahead. Just had surgery and need more pain pills to fight the pain? Who cares. Maybe it's just because I'm a veteran and Heritage Health has something out for us. I don't know. Just had a kidney surgery 2 and a half weeks ago, called two weeks ago to get more pain pills, and I STILL haven't heard back from them. What a joke. Thanks Heritage Health.
When I called I got an automated system it just kept me going in a loop to try and make an appointment, it was very irritating, but I finally got through to someone and was able to make an appointment the same day.
Went to the heritage health in post falls. They got us in and out quickly and it didn't cost us an arm and a leg even without insurance. Will definitely use again if needed.
The medical side has been great and we are very thankful for the sliding scale for fees. Called to get information and possibly schedule a dental appt for my daughter and the receptionist who answered the phone was unbelievably rude. The prices she quoted me were more than what the regular dentist will charge. It's unfortunate that that is the response they give to those who call looking for help.
