I have a friend in Coeur d’Alene who is homeless. I asked him recently which agencies in town were the most helpful to him during his times of need. He said Second Street Commons (Kaleidoscope Community Services) and Heritage Health. Thank so much for all you do to help those in need in our community! 🙏

I’m so thankful for the Post Falls Heritage Health! Angelina and Lindsey were so professional and accommodating. They were able to get my husband in quickly and make him feel comfortable. It was a super efficient visit you can tell they care about their patients. Really appreciated the care that was administered. They’re a very thoughtful team at the Post Falls location.

I had an issue pertaining to a bill I had recieved in the mail after a visit. I voiced my concerns with the billing department. They were thorough, admitted their fault and were diligent in making things right. Special thanks to Maggie in billing for addressing my concerns and doing everything in her power to make sure I was heard and taken care of.
I'm a type 1 diabetic my meds came in on time and they will not release them to me until I see a Dr so I have to waiit two weeks with no meds before I can see the Dr. ( let's hope I don't die)
