Cant speak for sales but GMC service gets 1 Star. I guess coming from Honda I was expecting more. I have brand new 2018 GMC Canyon only few months old. Showed them a long video of belt squealing extremely loud when cold outside. This not a 2 hours fix with $200 part. This is 10 min fix with a cheap belt. Told I have to come back, wait for them to call to set appointment, get a rent a car and wait till cold enough day in Texas to duplicate. Really? Come on this a brand new truck only few months old. We have purchased 4 cars from Heritage and enjoyed every part of the process. Drive a little, save a lot!
Worst customer service ever. They gave me 4 oil changes and car washes I have received 2 oil changes and the first time no car wash and they did not reset the oil life. Second time no car wash and let left another’s customers keys in the car after waiting over an hour for each service. I will never buy or go to this dealership ever again. Horrible horrible experience it’s a shame we spend so much money on a car and get treated like this.
The service department has really fell off in my last few visits. The staff are not friendly and the service is sooo slow. Oil change should not take 2hrs.
Got truck serviced in reasonable time , But the wash job took sending truck back three time before getting it right!!
