Walked into Heritage GMC Rockwall this morning and found the GM, Robert Bobo, found the truck I liked, did an appraisal on my truck, gave Robert my number within 30min he called with a very fair offer on my truck, he text the credit application link, and within 45 min he called to say the new truck was ready to pick up, we went to finance and there was no up sale or haggling, signed the paperwork and we were out.
