Heritage has the best team by far. I've never been disappointed by the service. They always go above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations.
On two occasions they have left oil on the interior of our new vehicle. After the 1st oil change we smelled burning oil & had to double check their service. We've complained on the surveys & talked to the manager. I'm only prepared to give them one more try and then I'll find another dealership. I can go to jiffy lube & they wouldn't leave thay kind of mess. We expected quality fron the dealership. We have yet to get it. Just our experience

This review is for the Service Center. Short version: I took my car in for an annoying issue and they returned it to me with a serious safety issue and refuse to take responsibility for it. Long version: My air conditioner on my 2015 GMC Terrain with 32K miles stopped working, so I took it to an independent shop.
