We went into the dealership this morning to purchase a used car for my son. We have the pleasure of meeting Nic and Brad. Both very nice and very helpful. It's the best experience I've had buy from a dealership. I highly recommend going to see Nic who will then get you in touch with Brad and make your decision easy and painless, other than the paying part. Thank you both very much for a great experience!
RecommendedExcellent experience in every way possible! The no pressure salesman Jr was attentive to our needs and wants. We have owned all sorts of GM vehicles over the years and Heritage GMC/Buick was the best in my mind.
Walked into this location and stood around for about 10 minutes, no one said a single word. I walked up to an individual and asked a question just to hear, ma’am I have no idea! You have to wait until John returns. I suggest a team meeting on customer service or at least teach all staff to greet all people when the enter into the building.

The whole transaction went very smoothly. Since I live in Louisiana my new car was driven to my location, where I signed the paperwork & paid for the car. I would highly recommend Josh Reed, my Sales Consultant. His two Drivers, Paul and David were friendly and helpful, too. I’m very happy with my new car!!

RecommendedHeritage is by far the best dealership we have ever worked with. We have been buying our cars from them for over ten years and our family has bought eight cars from them. We will only buy from them. The GM is super nice and all the staff. Our favorite salesman is Josh not pushy and listens to your wants.
