RecommendedGreatest service department I’ve ever dealt with. Traveling through Rockwall when air conditioner went out and had a flat tire on my Yukon. At 3:30 pm, John, Joe and Nathan were more than happy to assess the issue. Replaced the compressor and tire and had us back on the road by 5:30. Highly recommended. I can’t thank them all enough. I would purchase a vehicle from Heritage solely based on my stellar experience with the service department.
RecommendedShout out to the service department! We had attempted to support a local small business with some work when the air conditioner in our truck stopped cooling. After three trips and almost $1000, the air still wasn’t cooling. Beyond frustrated and budget busted, we went to Heritage. Literally within the first 10 minutes, they had isolated what was likely the problem and in short order had it repaired and ready to go. Professional, affordable, competent. Such a great experience! The service department gets an A+ from me, I had to have my vehicle towed and it went to Heritage GMC Buick the service team was quick and efficient and got me back in my car ASAP!! This will definitely be my go to for my Lacrosse now!!! John is the absolute best!!
